In certain circumstances, and for reasons related to their particular situation, the interested parties can object to the processing of their data. In such cases, BILOGISTIK, S.A. will no longer process their data, except in the case of compelling legitimate grounds or to exercise or defend potential complaints. To exercise your rights, your request must include your full name, a copy of your ID card or equivalent document proving your identity and indication of the right you wish to exercise. Furthermore, you will have the right to submit a complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Agency when you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercising of your rights.
