At BILOGISTIK, S.A. we process the information provided by interested persons in order to be able to provide them with products of interest to them and to manage the commercial relationship. What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

Interested persons have the right to access their personal data, request the rectification of inexact data or, in the event, to request their deletion when, among other reasons, such data are no longer required for the purposes for which they were collected. In such cases, BILOGISTIK, S.A. will no longer process their data, except in the case of compelling legitimate grounds or to exercise or defend potential complaints. To exercise your rights, your request must include your full name, a copy of your ID card or equivalent document proving your identity and indication of the right you wish to exercise. Furthermore, you will have the right to submit a complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Agency when you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercising of your rights.
